【募集職種①/Job openings：インストラクター/Instructor】
レッスンでの指導のみを担当し、子どもたちの体操と英語の成長をサポートします。英語ネイティブスピーカーの方を優遇いたします。
You will focus on teaching during lessons, helping children develop both gymnastics skills and English communication in a fun and supportive environment.
Native English speakers are preferred.

【募集職種②：コーディネーターインストラクター】
レッスンでの指導に加え、保護者対応や事務業務も担い、教室全体の運営、特に担当している教室の運営を行います。日本人・日本語ネイティブスピーカーの方を優遇いたします。
※本ポジションは、決まった曜日・時間帯での勤務が必要となるため、学生の方のご応募はお受けしておりません。あらかじめご了承ください。
英語（日常会話レベル）が話せて、子どもとスポーツが好きな方であれば、性別・年齢問わず、どなたでも活躍できます！
安心の研修制度！
体操の競技経験がなくても応募可能です！指導研修は就業前だけでなく、就業後も必要に応じて実施、最初の数か月は専任コーチと一緒に指導します。指導種目はマット・鉄棒・とび箱など、誰もが一度は経験のある内容が中心です。もちろん、体操教室ならではの難易度の高い技もありますが、それらの見本や指導は、慣れるまで専任コーチが担当します。
業務上のトラブルは、代表が適切に対処いたします！
万が一の事故対応や複雑な状況の保護者対応は、代表西田が前面に立ちしっかりサポートしますのでご安心ください！

コーディネーターインストラクター就労条件
| 給与 | 週2日勤務…8万円～15万円/月
週3日勤務…10万円～19万円/月 ＊担当する生徒さんの人数による昇給制度となります。 |

| 勤務時間 | 実働時間は通常、平日16:00～19:00、土曜午前9:00～12:00、午後14:30～17:30頃となります。
保護者様への連絡や課題のチェックなどの事務作業は、すべて在宅でご自身の都合の良い時間に行っていただけます。 |
