Yes, our gymnastics lessons are primarily conducted in English, our instrutors will talk to them in full English! While some Japanese may be used to support local children, we make sure that non-Japanese-speaking children feel comfortable!
Not a problem at all! Within each class, we do our best to accommodate different skill levels. Our goal is for every child to experience the joy of progress—whether it’s mastering something they couldn’t do before, or having their effort recognized and celebrated. We want each child to grow at their own pace and feel proud of their achievements.
We follow five core Gymnastics Rules—Rule #1 is “Follow the coach.”
If a child repeatedly has difficulty following instructions during class—especially in ways that may affect the safety of others or disrupt the lesson—we may ask them to take a short break known as “Learning Chair Time.”
This is a 5-minute seated pause outside of the activity, where the child reflects on classroom rules in a calm setting.
If the behavior continues over time without improvement, we may consult with the family to discuss the timing of future participation.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Participation is optional. Our online English lessons are designed to support children who are still developing their English skills or who benefit from extra language exposure.
If your child is already confident in English, they are welcome to focus on the physical aspects of the program. We’re happy to adjust based on each child’s needs and comfort level.
A. We ask that children wear the designated class T-shirt along with either athletic shorts or long training pants.
During colder months, it’s fine to wear a long-sleeved shirt underneath the T-shirt for warmth.
For safety on mats and wooden floors, lessons are conducted barefoot or with non-slip socks.
A. Please bring a drink for hydration during class. You’re also welcome to bring a towel or any other items your child may need.
A. We welcome free trial lesson requests at any time.
However, please note that we may not be able to offer trial sessions during the period leading up to our level-up evaluations, as we prioritize maintaining a focused learning environment for enrolled students.
If you wish to enroll, you’ll be guided through our online registration process. Once registered, you’ll gain access to our management app, where you can view class schedules, submit absence notifications, and request make-up lessons.
A. Yes, make-up lessons are available and unlimited in number.
However, they must be taken within the same term—make-up lessons cannot be carried over to the next term.
Please note that make-up eligibility is managed through our app, so if an absence is not reported in advance, it will not qualify for a make-up session.
If you know in advance that your child will be absent near the end of the term, you may schedule a make-up lesson ahead of the actual absence, as long as you notify us beforehand.
Make-up options include joining a second class in the same week (if available), attending a class at a different location, or participating in two sessions on the same day.
A. Tuition fees (paid in advance for 3–4 months) are non-refundable, except in cases where a child is unable to attend due to health-related reasons (such as injury or illness) with proper documentation, or if lessons are cancelled due to our scheduling circumstances.
Additionally, we are unable to refund the enrollment fee after registration, as it covers administrative labor and operational costs related to lesson management.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
A. If your child feels comfortable, drop-off and pick-up only are perfectly fine—there’s no need to stay during the lesson.
As part of our COVID-19 safety measures, we kindly ask parents of elementary-aged children and older to limit in-class observation as much as possible.
A. We are enrolled in the “Sposuku Compensation System,” a specialized insurance program for sports activities.
While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, in the unlikely event of an injury, coverage will be provided within the scope of the insurance policy.
